A desert resident since 2000, Gina is a native Kansas Citian with a degree in Theater and Speech Education from the University of Kansas. She is a three-time Desert Theatre League award winner for her performances in The Cemetery Club  Plaza Suite and Continental Divide. She has also appeared in The Last Summer at Bluefish Cove, Accomplice, Two Times Two, Xingu, The Supporting Cast, Who’s on First, The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940, Tale of the Allergist’s Wife and Second Summer. With an extensive background in nonprofits, Gina retired last year from her job of 40 years as Executive Director of Camellot Academy, a children’s Fine and Performing Arts camp in Kansas City.  She comes to us from the Visiting Nurse Association of the Inland Counties where she was Fund Development Manager.
